Announcement: 3rd General Assembly

We cordially invite you to join us at our upcoming UASAZ General Assembly (GA) and 1 year UASAZ Anniversary. You are most welcome to join in person at HG E1.1, ETH Zentrum. Please come a bit early for registration at the desk where also voting cards will be distributed. Everyone (not only the UASAZ members) can join the GA, although only the UASAZ members have the voting right during the GA.

We will briefly report on the activities of the board, present the financial report from UASAZ for 2023 and budget for 2024.

Provisional agenda is as follows:

1. Opening
2. Approval of the minutes of the 2nd General Assembly of May 25, 2023*
3. Reports of the board
4. Budget 2024*
5. Proposal to update the statutes and a chapter related to the Board Advisor position*
6. Varia

After the GA we would like to invite all of you to join us for an Apero and networking starting at 19:30 in person at HG D-NORD. All members are welcome to participate. We are looking forward to meeting you!
