Announcement: Annual Ukrainian Picnic, August 15

Dear Ukrainian Community,

Our Annual Ukrainian Picnic is back! After being postponed due to the weather, we're looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, August 15.

For the 5th time in a row, we are pleased to continue our tradition and invite you to the Annual Ukrainian Picnic!

It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends and build new friendships within our community. Expect an evening filled with a lot of talks, exchanges, reflections, and, of course, food!

We can't wait to share this day with you, and let's continue to build upon our community's strength and resilience.

📍 Picnic area above the ASVZ Sport Center Hönggerberg (swipe left to see the map)

🆓 Free of charge, but during the picnic, you will have the opportunity to voluntarily take part in a charitable initiative.

❗️We will provide soft drinks, meat, halloumi cheese and vegetables for grilling together with bread, condiments, and disposable cutlery. Feel free to bring any food you wish to grill, drinks, or cooked things you wish to share. Do not hesitate to bring along games or sports equipment.

This event is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Students and Academics in Zurich.
