Join us for a visit to hydroelectric power plant in Eglisau, which is located right on the border with Germany! Learn about the principles of hydroelectric power plants, which are one of the cleanest sources of energy and explore the massive structure that is WKW Eglisau.

Fitness and Safety: Good physical fitness is required (some steep stairs). Persons with pacemakers or implanted defibrillators are not permitted to enter the power plant facilities for safety reasons. The minimum age is 12 years.

Equipment: Sturdy, closed-toe, and non-slip footwear is required. We also recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather. Part of the tour will take place outdoors. An audio system is provided.

This event is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Students and Academics in Zurich.
