Guided Tour: Sukkulenten-Sammlung Zürich 29.08.2026

Last Saturday, we had a wonderful guided tour of the Sukkulenten-Sammlung Zürich! 🌵

A huge thank you to our guide, Thomas, for making the tour so interesting, engaging, and educational. We learned a lot about the incredible diversity of cacti and succulents, including species that are endangered or even extinct in the wild. And did you know that almost all cacti are native to the Americas, not Africa?

Many thanks to the Sukkulenten-Sammlung Zürich for making this experience possible and for their important work in preserving these fascinating plants. Some of us even got to take a little plant home! 🪴
