Invitation to the 2nd General Assembly of UASAZ

Dear UASAZ members, dear Friends

We cordially invite you to join us at our upcoming UASAZ General Assembly (GA). You are most welcome to join in person at ETH HG E1.1. Please come a bit early for registration at the desk where also voting cards will be distributed. Everyone (not only the UASAZ members) can join the GA, although only the UASAZ members have the voting right during the GA.

Date: Thursday, May 25, 2023
Time: 18.00-20.00 (approx.; followed by apero until 22.00)
Place: ETH Zentrum, HG E1.1

We will briefly report on the activities of the board, present the financial report from UASAZ for 2022, and have replacement elections.

Provisional agenda is as follows:
1. Opening
2. Reports of the board
3. Elections of new UASAZ board
4. Proposal to change of statutes relating to sponsorship status*
5. Varia

After the GA we would like to invite all of you to join us for an Apero and networking starting at 20.00 in person in HG EO NORD. It will have a selection of food and drinks to celebrate our new board and a busy year.
